Publication policy / Editorial images

Image rights,
made clear.

How ParallaxSee creates, credits and considers requests to reuse its editorial illustrations.

Policy in brief

ParallaxSee uses generative artificial-intelligence tools to create original editorial illustrations, then selects, prepares and publishes them for specific forecasts.

01

Transparent attribution

How the images are made.

Hero images are created for ParallaxSee with generative AI tools. Each article identifies the image as an AI-generated or original editorial illustration in its visible credit. ParallaxSee is responsible for the image's commissioning, selection, preparation and publication.

02

No automatic licence

Ask before reusing.

Unless an image carries a different notice, ParallaxSee does not grant permission to reproduce, redistribute, sell, sublicense or use its editorial illustrations in another publication, product, dataset or machine-learning system. Uses permitted by applicable law do not require our permission.

Copyright and related protections for AI-generated material vary by jurisdiction. Any ParallaxSee rights claim applies only to interests it may lawfully hold, including human-authored selection, editing, arrangement, branding and presentation. This policy does not claim exclusive rights in material that the law does not protect.

03

Permission requests

Tell us what you need.

To request permission, email [email protected] with the article URL, the image you want to use, the intended use, audience, territory and duration. Permission is not granted unless ParallaxSee confirms it in writing.

Clear provenance / Considered reuse

Credit the process.
Respect the work.

Every illustration should remain connected to the forecast it was made to illuminate.
